Shipping policy

In most cases, orders are processed within 2-5 business days*. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. *Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing and production times.

Please consult your shipping provider for any additional holiday-related transit delays.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time.
  • At this time, our carriers are experiencing longer delays than normal. In order to ensure that you receive your order in time for the holidays, we suggest that all orders be placed by December 8th; however, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time.
  • We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.
  • Pre-order sales for any merchandise do not have a guaranteed shipment date unless provided in the product description. Any given estimated shipment dates are subject to change.

If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs processing fees, and other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Beginning July 1, 2026, shipments to the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional customs processing fees based on the number of HS (Harmonized System) codes declared on the shipment.

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.
